Ms. Amrita Gupta is the Chief Executive Officer of Manglam Spa & Resorts and a Director at Manglam Group. With a remarkable career spanning over a decade, Amrita has not only left an indelible mark on the real estate industry but has also catalyzed meaningful change through her pioneering efforts in advancing gender inclusivity. A respected leader in the Indian real estate sector, she is a driven professional known for her dedication, vision, and strong leadership.
Holding a Master’s degree in Sustainable Design Projects from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), Atlanta, Amrita is deeply passionate about design and the development of green and sustainable real estate projects. Her consistent efforts—both large and small—are focused on reducing carbon emissions through innovative and responsible practices. Recently, she launched the ‘Heal My Earth’ initiative, aimed at realizing the vision of developing vertical gardens across all residential and commercial units.
Under her able leadership, Amrita has spearheaded multiple design projects, leading Manglam Group to new heights of success. She approaches design with the objective of creating functional and future-ready spaces for the modern world. Through an organic design philosophy, she seamlessly integrates elements of nature to enhance spatial experience, longevity, and overall well-being. Her portfolio includes landmark projects such as The Maison, Manglam Radiance, Manglam Aananda, Manglam Resort, and the recently launched Manglam Rambagh Project, reflecting her proficiency in transforming vision into reality.
At Manglam Group, Amrita has led numerous residential and commercial developments, established an in-house design team, and successfully delivered over 150 units. Her impactful leadership has played a pivotal role in the Group’s strategic expansion into the hospitality sector.
Beyond her contributions to Manglam Group, Amrita is a passionate advocate for gender equality within the real estate industry. She laid the foundation for CREDAI’s Women’s Wing in Rajasthan, officially establishing it in 2019 to promote greater inclusion and representation of women in the sector.
Amrita has emerged as a strong and influential voice through her active participation and initiatives. Over the past few years, she has worked across states such as Gujarat, Chhattisgarh, and Madhya Pradesh to strengthen women’s presence in the real estate industry. Today, CREDAI Rajasthan Women’s Wing comprises over 300 members, with more than 650 members across other states.
Her ability to unify diverse talents and lead by example has been instrumental in achieving the objectives of both Manglam Group and CREDAI Rajasthan Women’s Wing. As one of the pioneering female leaders in the Indian real estate industry, Amrita stands as a beacon of inspiration.
