Her early career behind the camera, capturing the raw beauty of the natural world, instilled in her a deep appreciation for storytelling and exploration—qualities that now define her work in the travel industry.

After joining Tauck as a Tour Director, Alicia quickly distinguished herself through her ability to design immersive, unforgettable itineraries. In 2018, she transitioned into the role of Tour Architect, where she now leads the development of Global Land Journeys across Asia. Drawing on her unique perspective and passion for conservation, Alicia curates journeys that connect travelers with the planet’s most breathtaking landscapes and cultures in meaningful, sustainable ways.
